MummaFit This is a group exercise class of medium to high intensity (you can work as easy or hard as you wish, no pressure!) It will be circuit based with floor exercises and standing body weight exercises to start working on core strength. As weeks progress we will incorporate some light weight work to increase strength, toning and shaping your bodies. Bring your baby or toddler along with you where they can play or do some colouring then enjoy a chat and coffee with other mums in our cafe. This will be a very relaxed environment where you can dip in and out of the exercises when and if you need to attend to your child.
