New and improved Fitness Timetable coming soon!

Following our recent survey, by popular demand we are pleased to bring Les Mills GRIT Strength & Cardio to weekend mornings.

From January 2017 customers will see Monday’s GRIT Strength moving to Saturday mornings, Ladies Kick Fit being replaced with GRIT Cardio on Sundays and Clubbercise moving to the earlier time of 7.30pm. We are also introducing a brand new Family Fitness class on Thursdays for a mix of fun and family fitness to promote weight loss, team building, improve strength and confidence.
